A.W.P. gallery introduces 30 silver gelatin prints by seven photographers. This year’s show features Akira Otaka, who photographs the United States with a large-format camera, Akira Okada’s famous portraits of Yosemite, Masato Okazaki’s contrasts of light and shadow in natural settings, Takeshi Ishikawa’s Eugene Smith-like approach to daily life, Kiyoshi Suzuki’s works displaying a range of influences, the major fashion photographer Helmut Newton, and Bernd and Hilla Becher’s water tower series. These vivid, rare original prints are on display and for sale.
