What are overseas students studying in Japan? What are their thoughts and feelings of being in Japan? Japonder attempts to touch upon leading international research and social issues through overseas students and bring about a rethinking of the world around us. This year the Romanian student Irina Grigore presents her work in the field of cultural anthropology, with her particular focus upon the lion dance which may be observed in various areas of Japan.
