Yusuke Tsuchiya
Having studied sculpture at Tokyo University of the Arts Yusuke Tsuchiya continues to work primarily in terracotta producing the creations in human forms. In temperatures of 900 degrees the wet clay becomes enveloped in a veil of smokey glaze and a quiet expansion of space takes place within. In this exhibition he features new and past work to provide an overview of the past ten years of his career.
