Aika Furukawa’s paintings depict the rhythmically vibrant structures that can be glimpsed in bed sheets and fabric we encounter in everyday life. Her works have been installed throughout various spaces, ranging from museums to shop windows, both in Japan and abroad. However, this will be the first time that Furukawa has exhibited in a department store.
