The unique Japanese sense of “kawaii” may be seen as an amalgamation of femininity, cuteness, pop and a certain darkness, forming traits which have come to influence not only styles and fashions but also art itself. Girly Art Fair provides further insight into this influence of “kawaii” culture through an art fair dedicated to all that is “girly”.
