Tadayoshi Nakabayashi
Copperplate printer Tadayoshi Nakabayashi (1937-) is a leading figure in the world of Japanese printing. Working with the belief that “there is nothing that is entirely non-corrosive,” he has continuously pursued the art of copperplate print by expressing himself through monochrome works. This retrospective exhibition offers viewers a chance to look back over the prints he has created over the last 56 years, since 1961.
