Artists

Lisa Larson
Sweden is a country abundant with lush nature, full of forests and waterfronts. It is in this setting that ceramic artist Lisa Larson was born. She has produced uncountable ceramic works over the years and even now, in her 80s, her motivation to create remains intact. She has fans as around the globe as well as in Sweden, with many of them located in Japan.
This exhibition will present around 190 works by Larson, including masterpieces from throughout her career that were presented at the Röhsska Museum of Design and Applied Art (Gothenburg, Sweden) in 2016, as well as pieces from her private collection that have not yet appeared in Japan. In addition, there will be a collaboration work produced together with her husband Gunnar, himself a painter, and a brand new video interview.
