Koji Toda “Holy Water”

LIXIL Gallery 1 & 2

Artists

Koji Toda
With their robust surfaces and unornamental, metal-like simplicity, Koji Toda’s ceramic vases remind the viewer of Buddhist sculptures. His pieces demonstrate an admiration for Sue ware and Chinese porcelain. Lixil Gallery presents 10 of his works, including flower vases and vessels for Buddhist holy water.
