Pocorart National Open Call Exhibition vol.7 - With Every Submission!!

3331 Arts Chiyoda
Finished
Pocoart National Open Call is a nationwide competition that was initiated in 2011 for people with disabilities, those without disabilities and all artists looking to create a space for free expression. Over the last six installments a total of more than 7500 works have been submitted by entrants between the ages of 2 and 94, their works giving a rich sense of humanity and the power of expression. For volume 7, the “Workshop Competition” has been renamed as “Expression Without Form Competition.”

This “With Every Submission” exhibition will present all the entries submitted to this volume of the competition. This totals around 1400 works that have been submitted from all over Japan, spanning from Hokkaido to Okinawa. With no jury in place, it is you, the visitors to the exhibition, that cast votes to decide who the award winners are. The works selected will be introduced at the award winners’ exhibition held at Arts Chiyoda 3331 Main Gallery this fall. Take this fantastic opportunity to encounter diverse and totally new forms of expression.
