Tetsuon is a collaborative graduation show of student work organized by students themselves. First held in Kanto region in 2001, the exhibition has become an annual event hosted each March. Works covering categories such as art, design and architecture presented, selected from entries by students from throughout Japan and South Korea too. The theme of this 17th edition is “Taking Flight,” referring to the process by which butterflies turn from larvae to pupae, from which they emerge as adults imagos and take flight.
