What does it mean to “mazaru”? In Japanese, this one word carries a very set of meanings: to mix, to intertwine, to interact… Having focused on the variety of ways this word may be understood, a group of young artists each with a different background has gathered to realize this group exhibition. The main purpose of the project is for young generations to reflect individual identities and ideas with regards to the possible mixture, or the lack of mixture, apparent in the current world. They aim to introduce a multitude of possible perspectives in relation to the world we live in, and to trigger questions or thoughts never before sought, not allowing for any limitation to what one can do.
