This special exhibition for the 2017 NHK drama Onna Joshu Naotora (Naotora: The Lady Warlord) looks at the life and times of historical figure Naotora Ii, who fought to protect her clan during the Sengoku Warring States period. Swords, armor, rare documents, paintings, and more tell the story of Naotora’s chapter in Shizuoka history.
