Shimokita Voice is an event that explores the issues surrounding the heavy redevelopment that has been taking place in the Shimokitazawa neighborhood in recent years. This documentary film provides a record of the activities that many musicians, actors, and other participants have been involved in, as well as the changes that have taken place there over the last decade of transition.
