The Equine Museum of Japan, dedicated to spreading and preserving horse-related culture, presents a selection of 150 works from its collection of more than 150,000 for this memorial year exhibition. It also unveils Akira Yamaguchi’s recently completed painting “Horse Stable 2016”, which the artist began during last year’s “Uma Kagami” exhibition. Other work by Yamaguchi and some of his favorite items from the museum collection are also displayed.

15 minute walk from Negishi Station and Yamate Station on the JR Negishi line. From Negishi Station on the JR Negishi line, take the Yokohama municipal bus towards Sakuragi-cho Station and get off at Takinoue. The venue is a short walk from there.
