This exhibition marks the release of a limited edition run of Takanobu Kobayashi’s book “Futsu no kurashii, atarimae no e (Normal Life, Ordinary Pictures),” his first collection of essays that was released by Kyuryudo Ltd. in December last year. This new edition will be limited to 50 copies and is presented in a special case that includes a drawing (on a framed acrylic plate) and snow dome, all signed by the artist. The drawings incorporate a variety of motifs such as pillows, dishes, forests, people, and trees. This exhibition will present all 50 drawings from the book alongside snow globes and two new paintings that will be on show publicly for the first time.
