Naofumi Hama
Naofumi Hama folds, layers, and combines paper to produce not only three-dimensional paper cutouts, but also a type of three-dimensional cutout that has curved edges! Delicate and full of charm, his works sometimes feature traditional origami motifs, such as cranes. In this solo exhibition, you can see around 20 pieces by Hama, including both his standard cutouts and his curved works, which include goldfish motifs. This is his first show in Tokyo and the works on exhibit will be available for purchase.
