This exhibition is organized by the editor of the “Shoji Ueda” photobook, a regular visitor to Golden Gai’s Nagune. It presents print matter and materials from the editing process of this photobook, which is comprised of 229 images, including photographs from books and magazines produced in the early years of Ueda’s career. In this installation held over three floors, you can see excerpts from sample prints of this book as well as color proofs and photocopies from magazines.
