In her first exhibition at Shinseido Gallery for two years, Rie Asamura, a stand out artist who was nominated by the Hakujitsu-kai Association in 2016, will present a lineup of paintings. The beauty of her expressions that faithfully capture the soft light filling the rooms her subjects inhabit is impressive. These works include motifs that are personally significant to the artist, including soft toys, dolls, and her own flesh-and-blood sister.
