Enrico Isamu Oyama
Enrico Isamu Oyama presents 15 works from his new “Found Object” series produced for this exhibition. The series has been built around the concept “Quick Turn Structure,” incorporating eye-catching drawings, photographs, prints and other materials by anonymous makers that the artist has come across in secondhand furniture shops in New York, where he is based, and other locations around the world. Scorched paper, blemished pictures, damaged frames - all of these elements invite viewers to imagine who created these works originally, in what era and where.
