“Snow Blows In From The West” is a photo book by actor Masahiro Higashide, designer Satoshi Michiguchi and photographer Masaru Tatsuki that was released in March this year. It developed out of the experiences of an eight-day journey. Transcending the position of their respective roles as model, designer, photographer, in this work the three men challenge each other while directly confronting life through the exploration of epic nature and the activities of those who live among it.
This exhibition will present selected photographs and text from the photo book alongside tools that were used by Higashide on his travels and the travel journal that he kept.
