Picking up signals from the top of Tokyo Tower, futureless electronics shriek out cries of resurgence! This three-day event at the base of Tokyo Tower, a symbol of giant electronics that have outlived their usefulness, brings together Braun tube TVs, electric fans, air conditions, vacuums, driers, and other consumer electronics created in Tokyo, Hitachi, and Kyoto. The programs on Nov. 3 and Nov. 4 present hands-on displays and talks. The Nov. 5 concert featuring a packed line-up of performers invites everyone to dance around a huge pentagonal yagura stage in an electronic Bon festival. Get charged up!
