Turn Fest 2, a collaboration between Arts Council Tokyo, Tokyo Metropolitan Government and non-profit organization Art’s Embrace, will run over three days, from March 3 to March 5. Various artists have taken part in an exchange program where they visit different community spaces, such as welfare facilities and free schools, so that they can develop relationships with the people and families that use the spaces as well as the employees that work there. This event will present artworks and performances that have been informed by this exchange.

Using the word “turn” as a spring board, this event will offer a forum for dialogue about the diverse experiences of the artists involved.
