From Yamanashi, Shizuoka, Kanagawa to Tokyo, there are numerous sites that provide the most alluring views of Japan’s tallest mountain, Mount Fuji. With its special place in the heart of the people of Japan and their culture, this mountain has been rendered in uncountable portrayals. This award gives special attention to those who turn their camera lens towards the steeps of this great mount. Thw 18th edition of the award attracted 1200 submissions from around the country, with just 50 selected by the jury panel for exhibition. Get a sense of the stunning appearance of Mount Fuji, which alters with the changing weather conditions and specific angle from which it is approached.
