Bestiaries introduce and classify animals and plants that we all know about. What interests Kanariya, however, is how they include both the realistic and the imaginary, as if fantasy exists together with nature: reality and the imagined, hopes and fears. Armed with fantasy stories, real beings can take us to another world.
