Focusing on Toshinobu Onosato’s abstract oil paintings with geometric motifs from the 1950s, this exhibition also introduces his early lithographs, along with three highly abstract color and line-composed landscapes by Takeo Yamaguchi and a still life by Masaaki Yamada, the 20th century painter featured in a National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo retrospective this year.
