Bia Monteiro
Bia Monteiro is a visual artist from Rio de Janeiro who was born was in 1976. She has participated in exhibitions in New York, Brazil and Europe. Her work touches matters of safety and displacement within domestic space and national borders, as well as environmental concerns through the use of nature, architecture and historical references. This is her first solo exhibition in Japan.
