Qusamura is a botanical shop that explores the unique beauty of flora based on the idea of “plants with good faces.” It introduces plants full of individuality, which the owner himself travels around Japan and overseas to hand pick, together with pots that accentuate their unique features. The name of the shop - Qusamura - is the word the owner uses to refer to the specific points where he locates the dormant beauty of plants that most people would simply overlook as weeds. The “Q” at the start also stands for “question,” for when he comes across plants with unique characteristics, it is a sense wonder and wanting to know exactly what it is that comes to the fore. Check out the wiggly variety of plants gathered from throughout Japan and further afield.
