Presenting landscape art by six artists born between 1988 and 1994 featured in the experimental exhibition “White Base” at the Tokyo University of Arts culture festival. Through different vectors and techniques, these artists taking up the mantle of “the landscape” present a way of explicating the true nature of our era. What was once a simple motif in the pre-modern era now reveals our own forms through new perspectives.
