Pocorart Exhibition vol. 7

3331 Arts Chiyoda
Finished
The Pocorart National Open Call Exhibition was initiated in 2011 as a place for free expression for those with and without disabilities, as well as artists in general. Since its creation, the event has presented artworks born from this creative core, and has offered point of departure linked to a wider society. For this 7th volume of the exhibition, 128 works have been selected from a total of 1383 that were submitted. They will be presented over six exhibitions, with this installment at Arts Chiyoda focusing on “looking.”
A series of workshops have also been selected through a new open call category, including projects that propose communication through creative actions (draw, make, touch, hear, feel) and activities stemming from the expressive activities of the artists. Here you can encounter the expressions and experiences unique to Pocorart, a term coined from “Place of Core + Relation Art.”
