Landscape paintings have typically depicted peaceful countryside views, but what should landscape photography and landscape pictures look like in the present age, where images of natural scenes are seen as a thing of the past? With the first event held in 2015, this exhibition series gathering young artists looks to respond to this question. They each react sensitively to the things happening around us, discovering a new “landscapes” by listening carefully and allowing the occasional edit. See how these artists envisage the “now” of landscape photography.
