Since winning an award in a national competition for his works inspired by the color of the water in the Sea of Japan, produced using a signature pale blue glaze, Hagi Ware ceramicist Yasushi Okada has been gaining much attention. In the third exhibition in this series, various ceramic tableware, vases and tea bowls in pale blue, loquat, and white bush clover glazes will be presented.
