Established in December 1999, Ban Rom Sai is an orphanage located in Chiangmai, northern Thailand for children afflicted by the HIV virus. In addition to receiving medical support, the children here are cared for by volunteers and trained staff who bolster their recovery by nurturing their power to create, encouraging them to paint pictures that in turn help to improve their overall health. This exhibition will showcase paintings by the children of Ban Rom Sai alongside works by artists working together with this project.
