Masanori Handa “Tokyo Palace”

Artists

Masanori Handa
Masanori Handa created the new work “Tokyo Palace” by dividing the gallery space into patterns evoking a sense of Tokyo’s urban reality. Physically dense to the extreme, the city is a mixture of clashing elements and repeating and overlapping patterns born out of the consumption of massive amounts of energy it requires to keep moving. Handa’s “Tokyo Palace” is a temporary shelter made up of this experimental collection of patterns.
