Saho Min
A landmark often lends character to a particular area and helps people to establish a sense of direction. When you find yourself somewhere unknown, features such as towers, lighthouses, trees, mountains and hills can be useful. Painting, too, can serve a similar function, having the power to mark times and places that aren’t of the present.
