Artists

Kazuna Taguchi
This exhibition introduces Kazuna Taguchi’s current attempts to pursue a unique approach to photographic expression by embracing the characteristics of silver halide photography. This includes images that take his own paintings as their subject.

A recipient of the Goto Memorial Foundation New Artist Award, Taguchi was invited to exhibit his work in “Yokohama Triennale 2011: Our Magic Hour,” and has introduced his work both at home and abroad, participating in exhibitions organized by various art museums. He is currently based in Vienna, where he studied for three years as of 2013 on the Agency for Cultural Affairs Program of Overseas Study for Upcoming Artists.
