This exhibition showcases works from the collection of “Le Musée des Beaux-Arts de Reims” in the Champagne region of Northeastern France. Located in Reims, the old capital famous for its cathedral where French kings were coronated, this museum has a wide-ranging collection spanning from early Renaissance to the modern era. Follow the history of magnificent French paintings through the 70 works dating from the seventeenth to the twentieth century showcased here. A selection of works by Japanese painter Léonard Foujita (Tsuguharu Foujita), who has a deep connection with the city of Reims, is also on display.
