Kimiko Nishimoto is an 89-year old amateur photographer residing in Kumamoto Prefecture who first began taking pictures at the age of 72. Her digital artworks created using image processing software and her humorous photographic self portraits have become a hot topic in recent years, with her first solo show held at Kumamoto Prefectural Museum of Art, Chibajo Branch in 2011. Here you can see various unpublished works as well as a lineup of digital artworks that express her unique personality.
