Takafumi Hara
Started in 2016 as a collaboration between the local area and artists, Kenpoku Art continues this year in Hitachiota City in Ibaraki Prefecture. Signs created by artist Hara Takafumi will be displayed on light posts in Kujiragaoka, allowing visitors with map in hand to enjoy the exhibition as they walk through the neighborhood.
