Mizue Kitada’s photography vibrantly portrays women of her generation, the natural environment of her native Wakayama Prefecture, her family, her dog, and other subjects. Her first solo exhibition coincides with the publication of a collection of works for which she received the 2016 Shioama Photo Festival Prize and additionally presents works from her new series “Because We Are A Single Skin” produced over the past year and a half.
