This exhibition introduces artwork associated with the imperial palace and the imperial family. Works by Nihonga artists, including Kaii Higashiyama, that have decorated the imperial palace, calligraphy by Emperor Go-Yozei (1571-1617), painted scrolls handed down through the imperial family, and other works will be featured.
*Some of the works will rotate during the exhibition.
