In February 2016, the building on the shrine grounds was renovated and renamed "Ohrinkan", with the art space on the first floor as "Gallery Ohrin" and the second floor as a venue for conferences. We have established an art space in the precincts of a shrine, a symbol of traditional Japanese culture, to introduce, exhibit, and sell valuable works of art overflowing with the Japanese spirit that continues from the past, present, and future. 

We hope you will enjoy new discoveries and impressions. Admission is free. Various exhibitions of contemporary art, mainly by Japanese artists, are held about four times a year. Ohrin is now attracting a great deal of attention as a space for presenting contemporary art from within the shrine grounds. Please stop by and visit us while you visit the shrine.
