This exhibition previously held to great acclaim in Los Angeles and London will make its way to Japan for the first time to celebrate the 75th anniversary of George Harrison’s birth.
Organized with the full cooperation of his widow Olivia Harrison, the exhibition focusing on this former Beatles member will feature 22 lyric manuscripts penned by Harrison as well as family photos and other items. Stage costumes and letters written by the performer will also be added to the exhibition, appearing here in Japan only. A reproduction of the lyric manuscript for his iconic song “I Me Mine” (limited edition of 75 copies worldwide), a framed photograph of him taken by Olivia, and the trade edition of the book “I Me Mine” (the Extended Edition) will be bundled with other Japan-only items and sold at the shop.
