Takami Miyaoka
The ceramics artist Takami Miyaoka has drawn attention with the “Rock Kannon” series depicting the Goddess Kannon tuned in to the contemporary world through smartphones. Miyaoka also creates vases and other more conventional ceramics as well. This exhibition showcases both sides of the artist’s practice and traces the roots of Miyaoka’s creativity while looking ahead to the future.
