This show will present original works featured in the book “Endless Beginning,” which is yet to be publicly released, as well as a selection of works that have not previously been exhibited. Auto Moai has focused predominantly on outline drawings to date, his practice often featuring urban iconography. None of the people who appear in his works have eyes, their anonymity suggesting a sense of universality and sympathy with others. “Endless Beginning” is a collection of works that Auto Moai begun working on last year, bringing together his drawings as well as recent works on canvas.
