This two-part exhibition introduces winners of the 2017 Good Design Best 100 Prize with the fourth annual Focus Issue, which uses design case studies to address seven specific social issues: “changing working styles,” “encouraging locality,” “building social foundations,” “making use of technology,” “enhancing learning,” “highlighting quality of life,” and “depicting a cooperative society.” Part 1 looks at the first four themes.
