Shusaku Arakawa
Coinciding with the show “Artists Abroad,” this exhibition introduces 15 rare early works by the artist and architect Shusaku Arakawa from the time soon after his arrival in America. Arakawa is known for works dealing with language, signs, and symbols, architectural projects such as the Reversible Destiny Lofts, and his quote “death is old-fashioned.”
