Artists

Ouma
Ouma originally worked as a veterinarian. The loss of an animal patient prompted Ouma to produce a picture of the deceased and take up artwork, becoming an “artist of the cell,” the smallest unit of life. This exhibition presents cell-themed works representing worlds of “assembled life,” where individual beings sometimes come together, sometimes cooperate, and sometimes revolt among themselves as part of a larger whole.
