Last year’s solo show titled ‘i’ presented an installation occupying the entire gallery space, immersing the audience in a rich, overwhelming narrative. Nishi, who has been drawing since an early age, has established an original style of bold strokes using just crayons and cardboard. Through her figurative and nonfigurative pictures, this exhibit held in two parts aims to present the depth of her artistic expression revealed in the medium of drawing.
