Bruno Munari
As a painter, designer, and a prolific writer of picture books, the Italian artist Bruno Munari (1907-1998) devoted himself to children’s art education. Munari’s works are based on a simple idea and are immediately appealing to anyone of any age. This exhibition looks back at Munari’s career, which began with the Italian Futurists, by examining approximately 300 works.
