This exhibition presents the work of Kotaro Migishi, a prewar Western-style painter representative of Modernism in Japan, alongside paintings by his wife Setsuko, whose work embodies the radiance of life, and their eldest son Kotaro, a landscape painter who depicts scenes of life in Europe. Observe the unique approach each of these artists takes, as well as the influence that they exert upon each other.
